Privacy and data use
The Twinintel website does not currently use analytics or advertising technology. Contact-form handling depends on whether email delivery has been enabled.
Contact information
The form collects the name, email address, subject, and project context that a visitor chooses to provide. This information is used only to receive and respond to the enquiry.
When submitted, the information is transmitted to Twinintel through the configured SMTP provider. The website does not keep a separate copy of the message.
Abuse protection
To limit automated or repeated submissions, the server keeps a keyed, pseudonymous representation of the connecting address with submission timestamps for the configured rate-limit window. It does not retain the raw address in this store, and expired records are removed automatically.
Appearance preference
The Light, Dark, or System appearance choice is stored only in the visitor’s browser. It is used to display the selected theme and is not sent to Twinintel or used for tracking.
Service providers and retention
When delivery is enabled, the selected SMTP and mailbox providers will process the message and may retain it under their service terms and configured mailbox policies. Provider identity, retention period, and the data-controller contact must be confirmed before production activation.
Security logging
Operational logs may record a delivery failure identifier and timestamp. They are designed not to include message contents, visitor email addresses, or SMTP credentials.
Analytics
Matomo analytics is not active. If analytics is introduced, this notice will be updated to explain what is collected, why it is processed, and the controls available to visitors.
